Structural foam, molded of HDPE provides strength to the
components
Two year warranty against material defects and workmanship
Replaceable bottom fork straps and all-plastic hinges extend
the usable life of the containers. Repairs can be done
on-site!
Two drop doors on each container allow easy access to the
entire container. The 48 X 45 and 40 X 48 containers have
the drop door on the 48” side. The 30 X 32 container has
the drop doors on the 32” side
These Bins meet or exceed test severity
levels described in the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG)
Returnable Container Performance Test Guidelines. The tests were
conducted in accordance with the American Society of Testing and
Materials (ASTM). All testing was performed independently at the
Michigan State University School of Packaging test labs, led by Paul
Singh, Ph.D.
