All
orders require a hard copy purchase order. Any changes or additions
to that purchase order shall be made in writing and signed by the
parties. All sales are final. US Plastic Pallets & Handling, Inc.
will accept no returns without a written authorization. US Plastic
Pallets & Handling, Inc. provides no warranties, either express or
implied, outside or in addition to warranties available from the
manufacturer. Customer is responsible for the application and use of
the materials and is responsible for reading the suggested
specifications published by the manufacturer. US Plastic Pallets &
Handling, Inc. makes no representation concerning the safety or
appropriate uses of the materials.
Payment
shall be made in cash, pre-paid by check, credit card or net 30 (or
other negotiated terms) with credit pre-approved in writing by US
Plastic Pallets & Handling, Inc. All freight charges are the
responsibility of the customer. Due date is 30 days from date of
shipping. If any payment is not made when due, interest will be
charged at the rate of 1.5% per month, plus a $ 25.00 late fee for
each monthly statement required to be sent. In the event of default,
the customer thereby agrees to pay all costs of collection,
including reasonable attorney's fees. 10/12 |
